Is there any particular time of the day I should take this product?

We would recommend to take GO B Complex in the morning. Because B Vitamins provide energy, if taken later in the day it may interfere with sleep.

My urine has turned a bright yellow colour. Is this normal?

This is completely normal. This occurs most commonly in supplements that contain B Vitamins. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is a bright yellow colour which subsequently turns the urine a bright neon yellow colour.

Should it be taken with food or an empty stomach?

GO B Complex supplies B Vitamins in a high strength. This can cause some individuals to experience mild nausea. This may be avoided by taking GO B Complex with food.
