Directions:
Diffusion: 5-10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Perfume/Inhalation: add a few drops to collar or pillow. 5-10 drops to steam inhalation.??
Pulse Points: smudge onto wrists and back of neck (for sensitive skin dilute as for massage).??
Bath: 10 drops mixed into bath water.
Massage: Blend 4??drops to 1 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil (organic).
