HOW TO

1. Remove brushfrom lid and dip into cream eyeliner (wiping off excess on edge of jar)

2. Apply eyeliner along the lash line in small smooth strokes

3. Build until desired intensity is achieved

4. For a smokey eye look, smudge eyeliner along the upper and lower lash line & blend out.

TIP: Can also be used as an eyeshadow base to make pigments.
